The Institution Theater is offering a chance for you to learn something about the Art Of Improvisation by offering TWO FREE IMPROV WORKSHOPS!!!!

There will be a FREE IMPROV WORKSHOP offered on Tuesday, January 5th from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. AND another FREE IMPROV WORKSHOP offered on Wednesday, January 6th from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.. Both workshops will take place at The United States Art Authority at Spider House located at 2906 Fruth Street. (Right next to Spider House Cafe at 29th and Guadalupe)

Tom Booker, the Artistic Director of The Institution Theater, will lead the FREE IMPROV WORKSHOPS. Before moving to Austin, Tom Booker taught at The Second City Training Center in Los Angeles where he used his improv skills to book more than 75 commercials. Before moving to Los Angeles, Tom Booker studied at The Second City in Chicago, trained with legendary improv Guru Del Close at The ImprovOlympic and helped to start Chicago’s Annoyance Theatre. Tom Booker has been studying and teaching improvisation for more than 23 years.
